(“PFP” or “we” or “us”), formerly Penny-Farthing Press. PFP is committed to providing a fun and safe experience for visitors of all ages, and recognizes the particular importance of protecting privacy where children are involved. Please note that we do not knowingly collect any personal information directly from children under the age of 13 via this Website.

Sweepstakes, Contests and Offerings. From time to time, PFP may offer you the opportunity to participate in a sweepstakes, contest, offer or other activity on or through the Website. If you desire to participate in any such contest, sweepstakes, or other promotion or activity, you may be asked to provide us with certain Personal Information necessary to conduct such contest, sweepstakes, or other promotion or activity, such as your name, age, mailing address, email address and phone number.

When visitors come to our Website, we may track, collect and aggregate data indicating, among other things time of visit, pages visited, IP address of the visitor, operating system, browser software, geo-location information and/or other system parameters of each visitor (collectively, “User Information”). 3. What Types of Information Do We Collection From Children Under 13 Years Old?

PFP and the providers that provide support for the operations of our Website do not knowingly collect Personal Information about children under the age of 13, and PFP does not wish to collect any such information. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete the information promptly on learning of the existence of such Personal Information.

PFP is committed to providing a fun and safe experience for people of all ages, and recognizes the particular importance of protecting privacy where children are involved. In accordance with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501-06 and 16 C.F.R. §§ 312.1-312.12, we do not knowingly collect or maintain Personal Information on or through the Website from persons under 13 years of age. We will take appropriate steps to delete any Personal Information collected on our Website from a child under age 13 without verified parental consent upon learning of the existence of such Personal Information.
