3. What Types of Information Do We Collection From Children Under 13 Years Old?

PFP and the providers that provide support for the operations of our Website do not knowingly collect Personal Information about children under the age of 13, and PFP does not wish to collect any such information. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete the information promptly on learning of the existence of such Personal Information.

In accordance with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501-06 and 16 C.F.R. §§ 312.1-312.12, we do not knowingly collect or maintain Personal Information on or through the Website from persons under 13 years of age.
